leather repair
« on: April 26, 2010, 06:42:13 PM »
To repair leather and texture and recolour can be a bit of a tedious and slow process. I'm using the same method I was taught when I started 10 years ago.
Do smart suppliers have  more modern and effective products or hasn't anything  changed. Any comments anyone??

I imported some new fangled kit from the states. Turned out to be similar to what I was already using. Out of interest, what do you use for grain replication.

I use grain pads and hot air gun.

Sometimes I use spray grain with a mouth atomiser.

I use Vinyl Pro as they sell all the materials and are very knowledgeable.
