My favorite is being the middle man between customer and bodyshop or any other service, managing the job and marking up. Nothing sinister, accident management companies do it all the time.

Well finaly got my graphics back up and running after 12 months of being boxed away after the move back home
so decided to redo the sign on the unit as it is from someone else being there.
All takes time to get sorted,
While removing the old signs and cleaning up the back board customer turned up at the mechanics across and to pass time came for a chat, askin what I was upto. Next thing I get a job to do the signs on his new van

Good stuff.  I always find that's the most satisfying way of booking a job in when somebody sees you at work.  You've more or less got the sale in the bag before you even say anything.
